Take the time to properly configure your Focus modes to get the behavior you want. Below are some configuration examples.
Embedded Files
Go to Settings.
Tap Focus.
Select or add a new focus.
No specific filter for people or apps (like without Focus).
Select the background you want (I strongly recommand to have a different background for all Focus mode).
No smart activation (it's not smart).
No schedule.
Filter mail to don't have the notification for compagny mailbox.
Filter - select Silent Mode and chose Turn Off.
2 - Holiday

Select the apps for which you don't want notifications (eg: calendar, Teams...).
Select the background.
No smart activation (it's not smart).

Select the apps for which you don't want notifications (eg: Games, shopping...).
Select the background.
No smart activation (it's not smart).
No schedule.
Filter - select Silent Mode and chose Turn Off.
4 - Do Not Disturb Focus

By default this builtin mode prevent to notify
You can select some application to notify you (eg : Home alarm..)

Filter - select Silent Mode and chose Turn On.
