3. Permissions and Information Used
Depending on the features offered by an application, and only with your permission, it may access certain information available on your device.
Location
Some applications use your location to provide location-based services, such as displaying local weather conditions.
Your location is used solely to provide the requested service.
StillTrue does not store your location, maintain a location history, or track your movements.
Notifications
Some applications may send notifications to inform you about important events or information.
You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Calendar
Some applications may access your calendar in order to display or use your events.
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to StillTrue.
Photos and Files
If an application allows you to share photos or files, only the items you explicitly choose are accessed.
Other Permissions
Depending on the application, additional iOS permissions may be requested only when required to provide a specific feature.
All permissions are managed by iOS and may be changed or revoked at any time in your device settings.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific application, we do not collect:
your name;
your postal address;
your phone number;
your contacts;
your messages;
your passwords;
your payment or banking information;
your travel history;
your continuous location.
Our applications do not create advertising profiles or track users for advertising purposes.
5. How Information Is Used
Information used by our applications is limited to what is necessary to:
provide the requested features;
display location-based information when required (such as weather conditions);
improve the stability, performance, and quality of our applications;
diagnose and correct technical issues;
comply with legal obligations where applicable.
6. Apple CarPlay
Some StillTrue applications are compatible with Apple CarPlay.
The information displayed through CarPlay is the same as the information available within the application on your iPhone.
Using CarPlay does not allow StillTrue to collect any additional information.
7. Third-Party Services
Some features may rely on third-party services, including:
Apple (App Store, In-App Purchases, iCloud, Siri, Widgets, CarPlay, Push Notifications, and other system services);
one or more weather data providers to display weather conditions for your location;
Google Firebase Analytics, when enabled within an application, to collect anonymous and aggregated usage statistics that help us improve our applications.
These third-party providers maintain their own privacy policies.
8. Data Storage
Whenever possible, information remains stored locally on your device.
If an application uses a synchronization or backup service (such as iCloud), the information is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the corresponding service provider.
9. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the application's functionality or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
You may delete stored information by removing the application or by using the application's data management features, when available.
10. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Your Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area or where applicable law provides similar rights, you may have the right to:
access your personal data;
request correction of inaccurate information;
request deletion of your personal data;
request restriction of processing;
object to certain processing activities;
request data portability where applicable.
You may also withdraw any permission granted to an application at any time through your device settings.
12. Children's Privacy
Our applications are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
If you believe that personal information relating to a child has been provided to us, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our applications, our practices, or applicable laws.
